Ms. Hails attended the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor,
and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1990.
She went on to attend Wayne State University Law School and
graduated in 1993. She is admitted to the State Bar of
Michigan and the United States District Court for both the
Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
Ms. Hails has always been a litigator. Her 18 years of
experience includes practice in the areas of:
